TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The fact that a user confirms his order on the store.champagnebeaufort.com site implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale in their entirety.

This contract will be governed by French law. As regards professionals, the courts of the headquarters of the Champagne André Beaufort site are solely competent. With regard to individuals, they can seize at their choice one of the jurisdictions territorially competent under the Code of Civil Procedure or the jurisdiction of the place where he lived at the time of placing the order.

ORDER TAKING

The information stated by the buyer, when taking the order commits it: in the event of an error in the address details of the recipient, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product.

All our offers are within the limits of available stocks without engagement and except sale.

Considering the rare or speculative nature of certain products, restrictions on the quantities available may be applied. DELIVERY AND RECEPTION

The wines are delivered in boxes of 6 bottles which can be delivered all at once to the same place. The following delivery addresses are not accepted: post office box, hotel, cedex, military base.

Champagne André Beaufort undertakes to make every effort to deliver the products ordered within the shortest possible time.

The average times are specified on each product sheet, and vary depending on the country of destination and the region chosen by the customer.

Delivery is made within the time limit provided by direct delivery of the product to the intended recipient, that is to say in the event of absence, by notice of availability. The customer or the recipient has a period of fifteen (15) days to collect the package in the manner indicated on the delivery notice. After this time, the order will be automatically returned to Champagne André Beaufort, who will contact the customer to define the conditions for a possible reshipment. The processing costs of this new delivery will then be invoiced to the customer at the actual costs of the shipping and preparation costs.

Always check your package on arrival, and make any reservations with the carrier in case of missing or damaged items.

WITHDRAWAL FACULTY

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 clear days from the delivery of his order to indicate his wish to return the product to the seller. He then has, from this notification of 14 clear days to return, his products, without penalty, except for return costs. The refund will be made within 7 clear days after receipt of the returned products.

PRICE

The price is expressed in Euro.

The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport.

The price indicated in the order confirmation by Champagne André Beaufort is the final price, expressed all taxes included. This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and conservation of the products, and transport.

The prices indicated are inclusive of all taxes (price including VAT) Metropolitan France (20% VAT) excluding transport.

PAYMENT

Payment for products can be made by check, bank transfer or bank card. An invoice will be established by Champagne André Beaufort and sent to the customer by email or, if desired, to their billing address.

The wines remain the property of the Champagne André Beaufort site until full payment of the invoices.

DISPUTES

Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith is always presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situations.

In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution.
