Our wines are vinified for 9 months in old barrels, thus giving structure to the wine for the establishment of the vintage.

Made from vines cultivated in agrobiology since 1971, without chemical fertilizers, weedkillers, insecticides or synthetic fungicides. They receive vegetable compost and are treated by aromatherapy.
